How long will it take me to drive in peak hour from Flemington rd, North Melbourne, to Grey St, in St. Kilda?

More precisely its from cnr. Flemington rd and Harker st. and going to cnr. Grey and Fitzroy Sts, St. Kilda. I went on Whereis and they say that’ll take 15 mins but I know that can’t be right in peak hour. If anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated.
