Seems this area would be ok if you are determined to live in St Kilda. Consider though that most/all of St Kilda is an entertainment area, and thus attracts crowds of party goers - therefore, Grey Street or not, there is still many people coming and going at all hours, and making all sorts of noises. Maybe this is what you want - in which case Gurner might be the place for you. But if you are after a happy family oriented quiet place... maybe not. I don’t know this street, although looking at the map it’s only 5 mins from my house. Seems this area would be ok if you are determined to live in St Kilda.
